Vintage W.R. Case Peanut Marigold Bone 55N

Description

Olde Towne Cutlery has a large selection of Vintage and Pre-Owned knives for our collectors. We love getting to hear family stories and come across great vintage knife finds!

W.R. Case & Sons peanut, pattern 6220 SS in a marigold bone handle. Made with Case Tru-Sharp stainless steel the knife has a clip point and pen blade. This is a Case Limited XX Edition pattern, 1 of 3,000, with a main blade etching.

Dating back to 1889 the 4 Case brothers sold knives in N.Y. out of the back of a wagon. Today Case knives that are used by the military, been to the moon and used in the wilderness, are manufactured in Bradford, PA.

A peanut knife is a small pattern that is known for discreetly fitting in a small pants pocket.

Made in 2012 the peanut is in MINT condition and NIB (new in box).
