Due South Knives is the “in-house” brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This knife is our pattern and made here in-house at Olde Towne. Due South Knives Chickamauga Hunter in a granadillo wood handle with natural liners and black pinstripes. Made with 1/8″ 1075 carbon steel it has a 3 1/4″ hollow ground blade with a worn-in finish and a 7 1/2″ OAL. This handmade Due South pattern comes with a fitted leather belt sheath. We have named the Due South patterns based on various points of interest and places we have visited. Cool fact: Chickamauga means dwelling place by the big water and was the biggest battle ever fought in Georgia.
