Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This knife is our pattern and made here in our shop. Due South Knives bigfoot cleaver in an afromosia wood handle with tan liners and orange pinstripes. Made with 1/4″ 8670 carbon steel it has a 9″ convex ground blade with a worn-in finish and a 15″ OAL.
