Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This knife is our pattern and made here in our shop. Due South Knives Etowah bird and trout in a granadillo wood handle with black liners and green pinstripes. Made with 3/32″ 1075 carbon steel it has a 3″ hollow ground blade with a worn-in finish and a 7″ OAL. This handmade Due South pattern comes with a leather belt sheath. We have named the Due South patterns based on various points of interest and places we have visited. Cool fact: The Etowah River was originally noted on 1795 maps as, High Town River and then later as Hightower River.
