Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This is a Mid-Tech knife made here in-house at Olde Towne. Due South Knives Sewee Shucker oyster knife in a jigged buffalo horn handle with black liners and tan pinstripes. Made with 1/16″ 5160 saw steel it has a 2″ flat ground blade with a ‘worn-in’ finish and a 6″ OAL. This would be a great addition to your kitchen or beach house when having an oyster roast. Care and use: Wash with soap and water, put up dry. Let patina on the carbon steel develop naturally over time.
