If you aren’t familiar with Tim Rowland, of Rowland Cutlery, check out his work. Tim brought us a batch of bird and trout knives that are spectacular. Rowland Cutlery Bird and Trout in a granadillo handle with natural micarta liners and pins. Made with 8670 carbon steel, with a 60RC hardness, it has a 3 1/2″ blade with a 7 1/2″ OAL. The blade has a flat grind and an acid finish with a skeletonized full tang. Tim’s knives are top-notch and he puts a whole new spin on knife-making with his look of style and unique handle material selections. This would be a great knife to add to your collection!
