Description
Alabama Damascus blade blanks are made from layered 5160, 15N20, Ni200 steel that has been folded for a total of 416 layers of damascus. The blades have been cut by a water jet, then precision ground by hand and heat treated to 58-60 Rockwell and etched. This chef blank has an 8″ blade with a 13″ OAL. These make beautiful project knives. PLEASE NOTE: Picture on site may differ from blanks available to ship. We typically have redneck skin, random, buckshot and ladder patterns.
