Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This is a Mid-Tech pattern that was made here in-house at Olde Towne.
Due South Knives 8″ chef knife in a blue burlap handle with tan/black/tan pinout. Made from 13/32″ X45 stainless steel it has an 8 1/2″ flat ground blade with a worn-in finish and a 14 1/4″ OAL.
This is a Brisa blank, made in Finland, that would be an excellent addition to your kitchen cutlery.
