Natural micarta handle material is excellent for Bushcraft or heavy use knives. Micarta is a phenolic based material with a fabric substrate. This provides an incredibly dense and durable handle material that will not shrink or crack with changes in temperature or humidity. It also has excellent glue and epoxy retention strengths and is perfect as a spacer between the tang and outer handle material. We have several different sizes available in both black and natural.
