Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This is a Mid-Tech pattern that was made here in-house at Olde Towne. Due South Knives 8″ chef knife in an African blackwood handle with a bolster and black liners. Made from 3/32″ VG10 Japanese steel it has an 8″ flat ground blade with a 13″ OAL. This would be an excellent addition to your kitchen cutlery.
