Due South Knives is the in-house brand for Olde Towne Cutlery. This is a Mid-Tech pattern that was made here in-house at Olde Towne.
Due South Knives cake slicer in a stag handle. Made from X50 stainless steel it has a 4 1/2″ satin finished blade with a flat grind and a 12 1/2″ OAL.
This is a Brisa blank, made in Finland, that would be an excellent addition to your kitchen cutlery.
