Come and join us at Olde Towne Cutlery for a wonderful experience where you get to craft a piece of functional art with the help of a professional knifemaker. This is a 4-to-5-hour class, that we offer on multiple days throughout the month, due to high demand. The class will include selecting a pre-ground blank and handle material, drilling, glue up, rough handle shaping and then hand finishing your knife. You will learn about handle geometry, basic knife assembly, material selection, and hand-finishing techniques.
**Note: This is not a forging class.
** This class is perfect for couples, knife enthusiasts or someone wanting to learn how to make a knife! Minors MUST BE 13 years or older and accompanied by an adult participant.
**There is a maximum class occupancy of 4 people per class, due to limited space; minimum class of 2.
